Charles Sprague is an associate in the Champaign office of Livingston, Barger, Brandt & Schroeder, LLP. Mr. Sprague’s practice focuses on the defense of healthcare providers, including hospitals, physicians, and long-term care facilities. Mr. Sprague has experience in various aspects of litigation, including taking depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and drafting Federal court briefs. In addition, he has experience in handling real estate and contract-related disputes.

Prior to joining Livingston, Barger, Brandt & Schroeder, LLP, Mr. Sprague earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2020, where he was awarded CALI Awards in Constitutional Law and State and Local Taxation. Before attending law school, Mr. Sprague graduated from Grinnell College in 2017 with degrees in English and Sociology. Outside of law, Mr. Sprague enjoys playing golf and studying history.
