I have been practicing for over 40 years in Central Illinois from my office in Bloomington, Illinois. Over those 40 years, my principal practice concentrations have been medical malpractice defense and business litigation, products (including pharmaceutical) liability litigation, business law and the management of risk related to those areas of concentration. While most of my professional life consists of having handled over 800 cases of various kinds in trial and appellate courts (state and federal), my practice has also included acting as counsel for law enforcement relative to National Security Events, being called upon to mediate matters and acting as counsel to insurance carriers.
